Progressive Wage Model

We asked Singaporeans about their sentiments towards lower-wage workers. The emotions of sadness, anger and empathy surfaced in every conversation. We probed deeper into these emotions and realised that beneath them lies a deeper story.

Sadness reflects empathy.

Our campaign video presented viewers with a thought provoking scenario and a choice to act, showing them that taking action is possible.

At the same time, we raised awareness about the Progressive Wage Mark, highlighting how supporting it directly benefits lower-wage workers
