May We Care

2021 began with news of the tragic death of Piang Ngaih Don, a helper from Myanmar.

Like many Singaporeans, we were shocked and dismayed, believing as a nation we are better than this. Every helper has traveled far from their family to care for ours. We believe helpers deserve dignity and a duty of care, as human beings working in our homes.

#MayWeCare is a campaign launched encourage people to appreciate their helpers through heartwarming stories of other employers and their helpers. We created videos to show stories of helpers being treated with the care and concern they deserve along with a Starter Kit & Conversation Menu.
